Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Executive Administration with 2+ years of experience to assist in managing the daily administrative operations of our office. The role requires a hands-on approach to support facilities, vendor coordination, and employee service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities with housekeeping, security, pantry, and other facility vendors.
  • Support ticketing and resolution of employee service requests (ID cards, seating, travel support, etc.).
  • Maintain office supplies, consumables, and stock registers.
  • Assist in monitoring AMC schedules, service calls, and vendor payments.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, conferences, and internal events.
  • Help with documentation and compliance for audits and certifications.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vendor and asset management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
