Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness, manage equipment, and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings, book travel, manage calendars, and coordinate across departments.
  • Communication: Handle internal/external correspondence, answer calls professionally, and act as a liaison.
  • Documentation: Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and filing systems.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain databases, and assist with information migration
  • Resource Management: Order supplies, manage inventory, and handle vendor relations.

Essential Skills :

  • Skills: Excellent organization, communication (written & verbal), time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience: Often requires proven experience in administrative roles, supporting senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
