About the Role

We are looking for an Office Administration Executive to manage office operations, compliance, and overall administrative support. The ideal candidate should have exposure to NSEZ (Noida Special Economic Zone) compliances.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end administrative operations of the organization.

· Handle facility operations including security, housekeeping, transport, and vendor management.

· Maintain statutory records, agreements, and compliance documentation.

· Monitor administrative budgets and optimize costs.

· Coordinate company events, audits, and inspections.

· Ensure a smooth work environment through proactive problem-solving and administrative support.

Key Requirements

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

· Knowledge of MS Office and ERP tools is a plus.
