Responsible for managing overall plant operations and daily activities.
Handling software systems like Penta, SCADA, GPS, BMC, and ensuring smooth functioning.
Maintaining raw material inward/outward records, batch-wise production and consumption data.
Monitoring and reporting of fuel consumption, including diesel, Ad-blue, oil, and fuel efficiency.
Coordinating with vendors, managing KYC, PO preparation, invoice processing, and renewals.
Overseeing infrastructure and equipment maintenance (Batching Plant, Weighbridge, Lab, etc.).
Ensuring compliance with statutory norms (MPCB, BMC, Traffic Permissions, etc.).
Generating, verifying, and submitting various monthly reports to the accounts and admin teams.
Assisting accounts, procurement, and production teams for reconciliations, GRN, and reports.
Handling administrative functions like petty cash, security, AMC records, IT-related tasks, etc.
Training staff on software operations and enhancing report quality and accuracy.
Experience - 5-7 years of field experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
