Job Description

We're seeking an Administration Executive/Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Head Office. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, communication, and office organization. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and 4-5 years of experience in administration. Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records * Provide support to the management team and other departments * Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails * Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships * Ensure office organization and cleanliness * Perform other administrative tasks as assigned * - Graduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field * 1-2 years of experience in administration or related field * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software
