Position: Office Administrator

Role Summary

We are looking for a basic office administrator to handle day-to-day office tasks and support smooth operations. The candidate must have good communication skills, pleasant language, and a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
  • Manage office records and maintain files.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing simple reports.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with routine tasks.
  • Welcome clients/visitors and provide assistance.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
