Hiring: Office Admin – Real Estate Client Handling - (Female Staff)

We are looking for a confident and capable Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations and client coordination in our real estate division.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate (any stream)
  • Strong communication skills – English & Hindi
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle client queries, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Professional attitude and team spirit

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client appointments and property files
  • Prepare and maintain legal documents, agreements, and reports
  • Coordinate with field staff and legal team
  • Maintain office records and digital logs
