Job Description

We are looking Admin Assistant for Care First Home care

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support coordination between the Clinical Team and Biomedical Department, and to manage patient visit documentation and feedback collection.

Patient Visit & Feedback:

Visit patient's home or hospital for initial assessment and handholding
Collect consent and feedback for Nursing cases
Collecting consent forms, explaining about equipment working demonstration with deployment
Assist in other Operational activities
Manage and escalate any patient concerns or complaints to the appropriate department promptly.
Grievance handling of the nurses

3. Administrative Support:

Maintain and update records related to patient enrolments, feedback, and equipment usage.
Ensure proper documentation of service calls, complaints, and closure reports.
Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing patient feedback and operational issues.
