Location: AhmedabadExperience: 6 months – 1 year

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated Office Admin & Operations Executive to support day-to-day office functions and operational activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and open to learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, emails, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Support HR and management in meetings, onboarding, and office events.
  • Assist in tracking operational expenses and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient office environment.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–1 year of experience in office administration/operations.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Open to learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.
  • Only male candidates will be considered.
