Job Description

Answering phone calls and emails: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communication.  Managing correspondence: Drafting and distributing memos, letters, and other documents.  Handling mail and deliveries: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail.  Maintaining records: Organizing and managing both physical and digital files, databases, and records.  Scheduling appointments and meetings: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating schedules.  Preparing documents and presentations: Assisting with the creation of reports, presentations, and other materials.  Basic bookkeeping: Managing invoices, expense reports, and tracking budgets.  Coordinating travel arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and managing travel expenses.  Procuring office supplies and equipment: Ordering and restocking office supplies, ensuring equipment is in working order.
