Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive Marine Operations & Administrative Executive to support our daily shipping operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the marine / shipping industry and be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as required. Key ResponsibilitiesHandling and drafting professional emails for shipping operations & documentation Working on MS Excel and maintaining operational records Reading and understanding shipping documents (B/L, COO, Invoice, Marine Certificates, Charter Party, etc.) Supporting marine operations and coordination with agents, suppliers, and clients Assisting in marketing and business promotion of shipping services Performing additional administrative and operational tasks assigned by management Ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the team Required Skills & QualificationsMale candidate preferred Minimum 1–3 years experience in Marine / Shipping industry Good communication skills in English (written & spoken) Strong knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer applications Ability to read & understand marine/shipping documents Basic marketing knowledge or willingness to learn Quick learner with a positive attitude & willingness to work in a dynamic environment
