Job Overview

We are hiring a remote Off-Market Property Research & Data Specialist to help identify

high-potential off-market development sites through Python automation, GIS analysis,

and real estate research. This individual will play a key role in compiling property databases

and optimizing research efficiency.

About the Role

• Identify off-market development sites using specific zoning, land size, ownership history, and feasibility criteria.
• Compile structured property databases with key metrics.
• Use Python & web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Scrapy) to extract real estate data efficiently.
• Conduct GIS & spatial analysis (QGIS, ArcGIS, Pushpins, SRDP Consulting, MapmyIndia) to assess land suitability.
• Analyze real estate trends to identify high-yield investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proficiency in Python for data scraping & automation

✅ Experience with GIS mapping & spatial data tools

✅ Advanced Excel & data organization skills

✅ Real estate research experience (or ability to learn quickly)

✅ Strong analytical & independent work skills
