Job Description

As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist countries in achieving their business targets aligned with AMSP. This includes providing clear objectives and coaching to help them achieve their ambitions through regular review meetings and feedback. You will also collaborate with the respective regional team to define a 3-5 year rolling OEM growth plan, identifying necessary investments for business growth. In addition, you will support countries with platforming, market coverage, and pipeline management, including business as usual (BAU) activities. Monitoring the performance of OEM pipelines, new repetitive business, orders, and sales will be essential to ensure continuous improvement and success. Furthermore, you will work closely with global and local teams to implement strategies for the best-in-class digital customer experience. Your role will involve deploying the OEM Consultative selling program in collaboration with Global Training teams, ensuring that OEM Sales people in the country have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
