Odoo Functional Consultant/Bussiness Analyst

If you enjoy understanding business processes, working closely with clients, and translating requirements into practical Odoo solutions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries through email, calls, and CRM.
Communicate professionally with prospects and existing clients.
Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and discovery calls.
Understand client workflows and map them to Odoo modules.
Provide tailored Odoo demonstrations based on client needs.
Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), BRDs, functional specs, and documentation.
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and project planning.
Follow up with clients and support the pre-sales cycle.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory MRP, Accounting, HR, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand business processes and convert them into functional flows.
Proficient in documentation (SOW, BRD, flow diagrams).
Experience in client communication & pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years experience as Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
Hands-on Odoo experience (Community/Enterprise).
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
