You should have good knowledge of ODOO's Default Modules such as sales, Purchase, warehouse (Inventory Management), Human Resources, etc. Additionally, you should possess very good knowledge of Python and its related libraries and have experience working with version 10 or Above. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Python is required. Furthermore, you are expected to have a good understanding of Odoo Framework and be able to create Custom Modules based on Clients" Requirements. Proficiency in Postgresql and its queries & stored procedures is necessary, along with knowledge of GIT for version control. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role. You should also have a basic knowledge of API in ODOO for System Integrations and familiarity with Qweb for Reporting in ODOO. Being adept in development processes and methods like version control, code review, and release management is crucial. Strong logical and problem-solving skills are highly valued. Your role will involve conducting a detailed study of the existing version, understanding the customization involved, mapping requirements with the existing system, and providing timely solutions. You will be responsible for developing and modifying modules as per client needs, performing code check-in in an online repository using GIT SVN, and conducting unit testing of the features developed. As a proactive team member, you are expected to generate new ideas and solutions in alignment with client's business needs. Proficiency in the Python Language within the ODOO framework is a prerequisite. Candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience and good communication skills are given high preference for this position.,
