Job Description

Odoo 17+ Functional Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Odoo configurations.
Customization & Configuration:
Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) based on business requirements.
Implementation & Deployment:
Oversee and participate in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including data migration and integration with third-party applications.
Training & Support:
Provide training to end-users and offer functional support post-implementation.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, workflows, and user manuals.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of new modules, features, and customizations to ensure reliability and performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
Hands-on experience with Odoo 16+ versions.
Functional Knowledge:
Strong expertise in Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.).
Experience with Odoo Studio and module customization.
Knowledge of business processes and ERP workflows.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of Odoo.sh and deployment processes.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and basic SQL queries.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
