Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in Odia language. Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. Work on a rotational shift schedule including evenings (6 PM - 3 AM) from Monday to Saturday. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills development. Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry with focus on voice process or customer support. Strong proficiency in speaking Odia language with good pronunciation and grammar. Ability to work effectively during night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM) from Monday to Saturday. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing processes.
