Develop, test, implement & maintain Labware LIMS functionality
Monitor Labware LIMS performance and implement approved suggestions for optimizing performance
Identify potential enhancements and automations to support workflow throughput in the labs
Perform more complex configuration of laboratory information systems including LIMS Basic code creation, changes and updates
Perform database changes and maintenance tasks as necessary
Maintain code and functional continuity throughout Dev, Test and Prod environments
Perform data cleansing in an SQL database
Provide technical support for tier 2 escalated customer service issues as well as global support for non US laboratories
Interface with customers and/or sales representatives for technical requests
Install and test client portal build updates
Administration of Billing/Invoicing routines from Labware LIMS
Plan for sprints and scheduled releases for the platform
Interface with other developers for Mobile App and API support work
Support infrastructure right sizing in AWS environment
