Overview We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through therapy interventions. Responsibilities Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals with various conditions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational health specialists, to develop comprehensive care plans Work with individuals across different settings including schools, early intervention programs, and medical facilities Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication Create personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
