Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting patients with physical, sensory, and cognitive disabilities, and working closely with families and caregivers to implement and monitor progress. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to occupational therapy
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work with Pediatrics
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification and licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in home health care is an advantage
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
