Role & responsibilities Job Purpose: To helps individuals who have mental, emotional, and physical difficulties to improve through therapy and To Consolidate and expand Occupational therapy services in the hospital. Job Responsibilities: Evaluating clients' physical and mental health and creating or adhering to a treatment plan. To manage occupational therapy requirements for In-Patients, Out-Patients in settings as directed by the Psychiatrist Rehabilitation Physician. To report details to supervisor frequently. To administer scales and technology/ device aided therapy as advised by Psychiatrist. To see referred patients promptly estimated around 10-15/ day. To assess, treat and setting home program. Candidate Requirements: Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision. Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel. Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively. Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel. Enthusiasm.
