Job Summary Drive brand adoption and growth by tailoring the brand strategy for priority target markets. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing initiatives and communications to uphold brand integrity. Duties & Responsibilities Brand Standardisation - Execute brand standardisation initiative for Narayana Hrudayalaya Colleges under Narayana Hrudayalaya Foundations. Creative Development - Create compelling content (written, visual) that resonates with the target audience and amplifies the brand message. Manage and oversee brand assets, ensuring consistent brand identity across all marketing materials. Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling and consistent brand materials. Develop group-level campaigns aimed at increasing Brand Awareness (TOM & Unaided) and Consideration Coordinate and manage marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging to enhance overall brand awareness and consideration. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal/cross functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of corporate and unit marketing initiatives. Operation: Support with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Liaison with internal finance and purchase team to ensure timely approvals and payments.
