Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Develop & Align Marketing Plans: Work closely with Functional Leadership to formulate monthly/quarterly Marketing plans that are directly linked to Clinic Revenue, Clinician Success, and Services Business goals. Collaborate with Category teams to tailor these plans, ensuring alignment with their specific Key Result Areas (KRAs). Actively engage with Clinic Managers, Clinician Success, and Clinical Programs teams to understand their monthly/quarterly requirements and incorporate them into the overall marketing plan. Content management - developing and implementing the overall content strategy. 2. Clinic Visibility: Work with Functional Leadership to brief the Media agency (both offline and online) on strategies to drive Clinic Visibility. Own the implementation, tracking, optimization, and refreshing of these campaigns as needed. 3. Clinician Visibility: Collaborate with Clinician Marketing POC to develop a comprehensive content calendar that enhances Clinician visibility. Facilitate the execution of this calendar through the agency and provide ongoing support to the Clinician Marketing POC for implementation. 4. Service Growth & Revenue: Analyse Clinic Database to identify service cohorts with high potential for upselling and cross-selling opportunities (offline and online) along with Category teams Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive adoption of these services in the most innovative ways Defining and designing Drip Campaigns for promoting services in collaboration with category and Digital team. 5. Campaign Management & Execution: Integrated Campaign Planning: Support Category /Business teams in planning impactful marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, experiential) targeting Clinicians, and Consumers, members and Non-Members, and those who have never interacted with Narayana before. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with agency, and media specialists (in-house and external) to define detailed execution plans for each campaign, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Creative & Efficient Execution: Motivate and guide Agencies/In-house design team to develop creative and cost-effective solutions within defined timelines. 6. Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting Track Media Metrics and Footfalls in clinics/ Volume and revenue to align with Marketing initiatives. Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for optimization. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to key stakeholders. Ensure accountability for marketing spend by demonstrating the return on investment for all marketing activities. 7.Innovation & Collaboration: Continuously explore and implement innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with Category/ Functional Lead/ Agency. Prioritize stakeholder satisfaction by actively seeking and incorporating feedback into marketing plans and execution. What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role? The ideal candidate should be/have a/an 4-10 years of marketing campaign experience (budget, concept, planning, execution, integration, reporting) Have a keen sense of aesthetics and an eye for detail. Collaborative with effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mentality. Should be agile, innovative, and open to an ever-evolving environment. Creative thinker with an ability to think from the customers point of view and need. Proven expertise in marketing campaign management and technologies, how to tailor activations to your audiences, and what approaches work best to meet specific marketing or business goals. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong sense of integrity. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a constantly evolving environment. Required Language: Fluent written and spoken English, Kannada, Hindi, and other Indian languages are a plus. Visit to Clinics on a weekly basis will be a mandatory requirement. Preferred Education: MBA from Tier 1, with a strong background in Marketing.
