Development and virtual validation of restraint system components including:
a. Seatbelts systems b. Frontal and side airbags. c. Seats and steering columns. # Analyse occupant kinematics, identify potential injury risks, and recommend design countermeasures to meet safety performance targets. # Creation of detailed technical reports and presentations to summarize simulation results, target achievement status, and areas requiring improvement. # Crash test data analysis for full vehicle, subsystem and component level tests. # Correlation of CAE models with physical test data (sled tests, barrier tests), including refinement of models to improve prediction. # Application of Design of Experiments (DOE), optimization techniques, and sensitivity analysis to resolve restraint system issues. # Perform CAE simulations (e.g., LS-Dyna, MADYMO, Abaqus) to predict occupant injury risk and optimize safety systems.
