Summary: -We are seeking a qualified nutritionist to manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) on our social media platforms. As part of our in-office team, you will engage with our community, answer nutrition and fitness-related inquiries, and guide prospective clients toward our services.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to DMs across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.) during office hours.
• Provide accurate and professional nutritional advice.
• Engage with our online community in a positive and motivational manner.
• Help prospective clients with inquiries and direct them toward our programs and services.
• Collaborate with our customer service and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Keep track of common questions and provide feedback to improve FAQs and engagement strategies.
  

Qualification and experience: -

• Certified Nutritionist (or relevant qualification).
• Experience with social media engagement, particularly in fitness and wellness.
• Experience in customer service or social media management.
• Strong passion for fitness and healthy living.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Familiarity with popular fitness and nutrition trends.
• A personal fitness journey or strong advocacy for wellness.
• Ability to provide personalized, empathetic responses to clients.
• Available to work full-time from the office.
