Nutritionist

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for nutritional analysis, product design, ingredient research, product innovation, regulatory compliance, testing and validation, consumer insights, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the development of nutritionally balanced recipes and formulations for new food products. - Analyzing the nutritional content of products including calories, macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. - Identifying and evaluating new ingredients with potential health benefits. - Recommending substitutions or alternatives to improve the nutritional profile of existing products. - Conceptualizing and creating health-focused food products in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ensuring all products meet local and international nutrition and labeling regulations. - Conducting sensory evaluations and nutrient profiling during product development. - Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer preferences and develop nutrition education materials. - Maintaining detailed documentation of formulations, nutrition analyses, and compliance checks. - Preparing reports on nutritional studies, trends, and innovations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field. - 2 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of food composition, dietary guidelines, and nutrition science. - Familiarity with food labeling regulations such as FSSAI, FDA, EFSA. - Proficiency in nutritional analysis software and tools. - Analytical thinking with attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
