Nutrition Intern

You will be located in Gurugram, Sector 54 for this on-site role with timings from 11 AM to 7 PM. The duration of the position is 3-6 months, and it is a full-time, paid internship opportunity. As a Product Analysis & Fortification Research Intern, your main responsibility will be to assess various food products for their potential in vitamin and mineral fortification. This will involve analyzing products, staying updated on market trends, and suggesting suitable premixes based on nutritional requirements and business opportunities. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping our outreach strategy and enhancing our clients" product offerings. You will be tasked with evaluating food and beverage products to determine their suitability for fortification, identifying top-selling products with high fortification potential, researching market trends related to food fortification and regulatory standards, recommending appropriate premixes based on nutritional needs and industry norms, collaborating with the lead generation team to target companies with strong fortification potential, and maintaining detailed research reports and product analyses using Excel/Google Sheets. We are seeking candidates who are pursuing or have completed a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or a related field. The ideal applicant should possess strong analytical and research skills, a good understanding of food product formulations, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management, and a detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset with a passion for learning about nutrition and food innovation.
