Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nutraceutical Logistics and Operations Manager located in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing daily logistics and operations, managing supply chain processes, ensuring timely distribution of products, and maintaining customer service standards. The Logistics and Operations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage logistics and distribution processes
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
