Nutanix Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage Nutanix environments including
AHV, VMware ESXi, Flow, Files, Objects
, and
VDI
.
Implement and maintain
Nutanix Flow
for micro-segmentation, virtual networking, and security policy enforcement.
Deploy and manage
Nutanix Files and Objects
for scalable storage solutions.
Design and support
VDI solutions
(e.g., Nutanix Frame/Xi Frame) with a focus on performance and user experience.
Perform infrastructure assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide end-to-end support for Nutanix platforms.
Deliver training, documentation, and handover to client technical teams.
Stay current on Nutanix updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7 - 9 years of overall IT experience with 45 years in Nutanix technologies.
Proven expertise with
Nutanix AHV
,
VMware ESXi
, and
Nutanix Flow
.
Strong knowledge of
Nutanix Files and Objects
for distributed storage.
Hands-on experience with
Nutanix VDI solutions
(Frame or Xi Frame).
Proficient in
PowerShell
or
Python
scripting for automation.
Strong understanding of enterprise virtualization, networking, and security.
Nutanix certifications (e.g.,
NCP
) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and occasional client travel.
