Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Nursing Tutor to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing) and have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a recognized nursing institution.

Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical classes for nursing students as per curriculum.
Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical settings.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and evaluation tools.
Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and training programs.
Contribute to curriculum development and academic audits.

Requirements:

M.Sc in Nursing (mandatory).
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized nursing college/institute.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices and pedagogy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compassionate and student-focused approach to teaching.
