Job Summary

The Office Assistant will handle clerical and administrative tasks, assist faculty and staff, and serve as a point of contact for students and visitors. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining records.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining student records and updating databases as required.
  • Support faculty and administrative staff with documentation, printing, and scheduling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
