Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Tutor, based in Odisha. The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, tutoring students, and mentoring them in core nursing practices aligned with educational standards. The role also includes preparing lesson plans, assessing students, and fostering an engaging and supportive academic environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing practices and Nursing Education
• Strong skills in Tutoring and Lecturing, with a passion for teaching
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with students and peers
• Relevant academic qualifications in Nursing, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related fields
• Ability to deliver structured lessons and foster a positive learning environment
• Prior experience in teaching or clinical practice is an advantage
