Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Tutor located in Ranchi. The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for conducting nursing lectures, tutoring students, preparing lesson plans, and providing support to nursing students to enhance their academic and practical knowledge. The role involves mentoring and guiding students in clinical and theoretical settings, assessing their progress, and contributing to the development of a skilled nursing workforce. Additional responsibilities include maintaining academic records and collaborating with faculty for curriculum enhancements. Qualifications Strong expertise in Nursing and Nursing Education Experience in Tutoring and delivering Lectures Excellent Communication skills for teaching and mentoring students Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support students' academic development Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing) is required Previous teaching experience in nursing is preferred Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
