Nursing Supervisor

Nursing supervisor plays a crucial role in home care and we are looking for a candidate who is having clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.

The few duties and responsibilities of nursing supervisors are mentioned below:

• Assigning staff duties and ensure smooth collaboration within the team.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adequate coverage to meet patient needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Conducting in-home supervisory visits to ensure the appropriateness and quality of patient care.
• Maintaining documentation of patient care services by auditing patient and department records.
• Addressing and resolving patient and family concerns or conflicts effectively.

Requirements:

• GNM or B.sc Nursing with registration certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience of senior nursing profile.
• Able to perform all the skills used in ICU.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
