Nursing Supervisor

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee nursing staff, ensuring effective patient care and adherence to hospital policies. Coordinate with doctors, wardens, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth functioning of the ward. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in ICU, OT, Midwifery, Emergency, Surgical departments. Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain accurate records Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role. B.Sc (Nursing) degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution. GNM certification preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
