Nursing Superintendent

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage the nursing department at our hospital in Miryalaguda. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to ensure high standards of patient care and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities in the hospital
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and nursing standards
• Train, evaluate, and manage nursing staff
• Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement strategies
• Coordinate with doctors and administrative teams for smooth hospital operations
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (Valid Nursing Council Registration)
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Strong understanding of clinical protocols and hospital operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
