Nursing Staff Job Description Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments. Monitor patient health and report any changes to the medical team. Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Support patient recovery by ensuring comfort and addressing basic needs.
