Nursing incharge

She is over all in charge of the ward.

She should be present during the handing & taking over of the patients.

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the wards

She should guide the staff in their ward & solve their queries related to patient if they have.

To take the in general round of the wards & enquire about the patients.

Maintain the stock of the linen & Inventory.

Helping the staff in emergency conditions.

To see that all the investigations & test are done properly..

She is responsible for the cleanliness of the wards.

Disposing of the dirty linen & sending it to laundry.

If any emergency occurs she sees to it that the patient gets the basic life support treatment immediately & if shifting is required transfer the patient to ICU.

If there is any chaos or emergency in any ward of the hospital is her first duty to help the staff.

It is her duty to maintain the smooth & streamline running of the ward.

Allocate duties to nursing staff in the ward / section

Ensure all medical records are complete in all respects

Supervise on nursing staff and ensure that they follow all SOPs

Conduct training of nursing staff as and when required. Maintain records of training conducted

All administrative work for the ward / section

Data mapping, Incident Reporting

Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,222.10 per month
