Nursing incharge

Job description :

We are looking for a caring and responsible Nursing Incharge to join our team. The role includes patient care, assisting doctors and senior nurses, maintaining medical records, and ensuring NABH standards are followed. The Nursing Incharge will also support patients, guide staff, and take part in training and quality improvement

Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹32,000 per month

Nursing Staff (GNM/ANM) Qualifications: GNM or ANM (Mandatory)

• Provide basic patient care and support
• Assist doctors and senior nurses
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient area
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Record and monitor readings from medical devices
• Support and guide junior nursing staff
• Ensure staff follow their assigned duties
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff
• Take ownership of patient care and ward management
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability
• Follow hospital policies and infection control protocols
• Adhere to NABH standards in all nursing practices
• Prepare and participate in NABH audits
• Implement and monitor NABH management protocols
• Ensure documentation and reporting as per NABH guidelines
• Promote continuous quality improvement in line with NABH requirements
• Conduct and participate in nursing training programs
• Provide ongoing education and skill development for nursing staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
