Job Title: Nursing Incharge (NICU / ICU / All Wards) Location: Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital & Heart Centre Department: Nursing Experience Required: Minimum 4–6 years (including experience in NICU/ICU) Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council) Job Summary: The Nursing Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day nursing operations across NICU, ICU, and all ward areas. The role includes managing nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining standards, and coordinating with doctors and management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Nursing Operations & Patient Care Supervise all nursing activities in NICU, ICU, and ward areas. Ensure proper patient care, safety, and adherence to nursing protocols. Monitor critically ill patients and support staff during emergencies. Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments. 2. Staff Management Prepare nursing duty rosters and manage shift scheduling. Guide, train, and support nursing staff as required. Ensure proper handovers at the beginning and end of each shift. Conduct performance monitoring and report staff concerns to HR/Management. 3. Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, infection control guidelines, and quality standards. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation. Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and nursing supplies. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments for smooth operations. Communicate critical cases and incidents promptly to the management. Address patient/attendant queries and escalate issues when needed. 5. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain inventory of ward/ICU/NICU supplies and ensure timely requisition. Prepare reports related to patient care, staffing, and incidents. Ensure all audits (internal/external) are supported and complied with. Job Description: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Location: Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital & Heart Centre Department: All Departments (ICU, Emergency, OPD, IPD, Wards) Reporting To: Consultant / Deputy Medical Superintendent Qualification: MBBS / BAMS (as per hospital requirement) Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers may also apply) Key Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock medical support across all departments including ICU, Emergency, OPD, IPD, and General Wards. Conduct patient assessment, monitor vitals, and ensure timely clinical intervention. Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and patient care activities. Maintain accurate and updated patient case sheets, treatment records, and progress notes. Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with senior consultants for critical cases. Ensure proper medication administration as per consultant instructions. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patient attendants, and other medical teams. Support smooth admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH norms, and clinical safety guidelines. Coordinate with TPA/Insurance/Documentation teams when required. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle emergency situations.
