Job Description

Supervision :
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals. This involves scheduling, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.

Resource Management :

Training and Development :
Provide training and professional development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
Patient and Family Communication :
Maintain open and effective communication with patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing information about care plans and progress.
Quality Improvement :
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as conducting regular audits, reviewing clinical outcomes, and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
