JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Shifting incharge/Nursing In charge
Reporting to: N.S
Span of control 06
Shift - Rotational
Specific Responsibilities: 1. A planned Program for each day’s
Work
2. Beginning the day on time
3. Establishment of ward routines.
4. Use of democratic methods in establishment of ward policy
5. Provision of supplies & equipment for efficient work
6. Accurate records & full reports
7. Maintenance of suitable Environment.
Specific Authorities / Privileges: 1. Well – planned assignment and well arranged time for personnel
2. Preventing interruptions.
3. Orientation of new staff members.
4. Good teaching and supervision
Key Performance Indicators: Patients complaints < 10%
Customer feedback score > 90%
External Interfaces: Patients, Staff, Doctors and Nurses.
EXPERIENCE PROFILE
Experience 3- 5 years
Formal Qualifications: GNM, BSC – Nursing
Technical Competencies: Computer Knowledge
Personal Attributes/ Skills: Leadership Quality
Good communication skill
Sharing responsibilities
