Nursing Educator

Seeking Experienced Candidates.

Minimum 3 Year - 4 Year Experience Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct orientation and induction programs for new nursing staff.
• Plan and deliver in-service education and training sessions.
• Assess clinical performance and competency of nurses.
• Organize Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs and workshops.
• Supervise and guide nurses during clinical practice.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with nursing administration and clinical departments for staff development.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing, GNM, BSc, or Post BSc.
• Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) registration is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
