Key Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to patients in the medical ward, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. - Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in patient condition to the medical team. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. - Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation. - Support patients and families by providing education about health conditions and treatment plans. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and improve outcomes. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Skills and Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. - Valid nursing license (RN) recognized by the relevant nursing regulatory authority. - Proven experience as a Nurse, preferably in a medical ward or similar healthcare setting. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. - Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software. - Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred. Tools and Technologies: - Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. - Patient monitoring equipment. - Medical software for documentation and care planning. - Standard medical equipment used in a hospital setting, such as IV pumps, defibrillators, and vital sign monitors.
