This role will be based out of our OHC - Goldman Sachs,

Job Summary:

The Dental Assistant supports dentists and dental surgeons in providing high-quality oral healthcare services. The role involves preparing patients for dental procedures, assisting during treatments, maintaining equipment and sterilization standards, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare dental instruments, materials, and equipment before procedures.
Assist dentists chairside during examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and surgeries.
Maintain proper infection control protocols and sterilize all dental tools and instruments (as per NABH/clinical standards).
Record patient information, dental charts, and treatment details accurately in the system.
Ensure patient comfort and address queries before and after treatment.
Manage dental X-rays, ensure proper positioning, and handle radiography equipment safely.
Maintain inventory of dental materials and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
Support billing and appointment scheduling coordination with the front office or PCC.
Follow up with patients for reviews or post-procedure care instructions.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols within the dental department.
