Key Responsibilities:Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors to support rehabilitation plans. Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vitals, neurological status, and rehabilitation progress of patients. Assist patients with mobility exercises, walking support, and usage of rehab aids. Provide wound care, post-surgical care, tracheostomy, catheter care, and tube feeding. Educate patients and families about rehabilitation exercises, dietary care, and lifestyle modifications. Ensure patient safety – prevent falls, bedsores, and other complications. Support ventilator-dependent or bedridden patients with specialized nursing care. Maintain detailed records of nursing interventions and patient progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to set patient recovery goals and discharge plans.
