Job Description

Job Title: NTT Mother Teacher Location: Deep Academic Heights, Atrauliya, Azamgarh (UP) Reports to: Principal Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and energetic NTT Mother Teacher to join our team in fostering the development of young children at our school. The NTT Mother Teacher will play an essential role in shaping the early educational experience for children in the nursery or preschool setting, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, and working closely with both parents and staff to ensure the holistic growth and development of each child. Key Responsibilities: Classroom Management: Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for young children to learn, explore, and grow. Foster positive relationships with students and build trust. Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including storytelling, songs, games, and creative tasks that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Assessment: Regularly observe and assess the progress of each child, tracking their milestones and developmental stages. Document findings and share with parents/guardians as needed. Parental Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and provide updates on school activities and events. Conduct parent-teacher meetings when necessary. Child-Centered Care: Address the individual needs of each child, providing extra support as needed. Assist with personal care routines, including feeding, toileting, and rest time. Classroom Organization: Organize and maintain classroom materials, supplies, and resources. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the classroom environment. Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and school staff to provide a holistic learning experience for children. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs. Behaviour Management: Establish and maintain positive behaviour management strategies to create a respectful and orderly classroom. Qualifications: Educational Qualification: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification or equivalent. A degree/diploma in early childhood education is an added advantage. Experience: Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or nursery setting is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and empathy to work with young children. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of early childhood development practices and safety protocols. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, compassionate, and approachable personality. Creative and resourceful in designing educational activities. High level of commitment to the development and well-being of children. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
