Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: As an NR (Non-Resident) Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. Your role will involve providing tailored financial solutions, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance the portfolio of NRI clients by offering personalized banking and investment solutions. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client needs and suggest appropriate financial products. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC norms, and risk management guidelines. Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and acquire new NRI customers through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach. Develop strategies to grow the NRI customer base and expand market penetration. Collaborate with internal teams to offer wealth management, insurance, and investment products. Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end banking solutions, including deposits, remittances, loans, and investment services. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals and offering customized solutions. Address client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless banking experience. Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation: Drive sales of banking and financial products such as fixed deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and forex services. Collaborate with product teams to introduce new offerings and enhance customer engagement. Achieve business targets related to revenue, customer retention, and portfolio growth. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: [Specify, e.g., 3-8 years] in NRI banking, wealth management, or relationship management. Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment instruments. Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
