Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the development and execution of new product ideas and concepts for our jewellery line
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to bring new products to market
• Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and negotiate pricing
• Monitor and track product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product development strategies
• Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development within the company

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the jewellery industry
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving sales growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and product development software
• Willingness to travel for market research and supplier meetings as needed
