About the Role:

first NPD (New Product Development) Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from concept to commercial launch
• Translate consumer insights & trends into innovative bakery/snack products
• Oversee formulation, trials, shelf-life, compliance & quality
• Manage pilot runs and work with co-packers/manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure speed-to-market

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience:

  5–6 years in Food R&D/NPD (bakery, biscuits, or snacks preferred)

• Education:

  Degree in Food Science/Technology (Master’s preferred)
• Proven track record of taking products from lab to national launch
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments
